Defainer Oy is a niche and disruptive Business Process Automation and SaaS solutions sales Agency start-up established in 2025 by Jarkko Tuomolin who has 30 years of working experience within Tax Advisory, SaaS and Business Process Automation solution consultant roles.
We focus on outlining the process automation solutions or identify SaaS solutions solving the core business process needs the Business Operations and Corporate Functions have. IT experts can focus on assessing the most feasible technologies to be used for building the outlined business process automation solutions or assessing the technogies the identified SaaS solutions have utilized.
We focus on auditable core business process automation solutions, whether customized or purpose build SaaS solutions (Cloud and On-prem), as those can add material and scalable value and/or operational benefits for Business Operations and Corporate Functions. We do not focus on individual employees’ task automations or other non-auditable automation solutions.
Companies are free to use their in-house IT experts or any external IT service companies for developing or building any Pilots, Proof-of-Concepts or Prototypes with their choice of technologies and implementing production-ready business process automation solutions and implementing SaaS solutions (Cloud and on-prem.).
